The Seattle Center Arena Preview Center was designed to build awareness and create excitement around the new venue for both fans and sponsors as construction of the arena carries on through Fall 2021. The owners created a customer journey through the different aspects of the arena that would tell the story of Seattle’s hockey heritage and its new partnership with the NHL. The centerpiece of the Preview Center is the scaled model with a retractable roof where guests can get an up-close look at what’s to come.
