On May 31, 2024, the Nez Perce National Historical Park, located 12 miles east of Lewiston, ID, celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated Visitor Center. The enhanced exhibits provide an immersive experience that deepens visitors’ connection to the history and culture of the Nimiipuu (Nez Perce) people.
